Chelsea’s place is perfect for what we needed while four of us including two small kids were visiting family in Rock Hills! Beds were just enough to fit us all. Kitchen supplies were sufficient for making breakfast and easy meals!

Staying at Chelsea's spot was nothing short of amazing. The home was nicely appointed and is by far the best stocked kitchen I've ever experienced in an AIRBNB (various seasonings for cooking). The beds slept comfortably and the home was very clean. The condo is very safe and quiet. The premises are pristine! She has great communication and was always quick to respond. We'd definitely book with her again. Loved our time away.

This place was perfect for our small family. It was super clean, and everything was very organized. The property is exactly as described. This is such a gem in 30a! So close to all the hustle and bustle, yet so quiet and peaceful. Very relaxing location. We walked to the beach every day! We already want to come back!

We loved our stay here! The location is unbeatable—completely walkable and just steps away from amazing beach access. We rented a place right on the Gulf, and it was perfect for our family. We spent so much time enjoying the sun, sand, and surf.
Everything was smooth and easy—from check-in to check-out—and the area felt safe and family-friendly. Whether we were relaxing on the beach, driving around in the golf cart, walking to nearby spots, or just enjoying time together in the rental, we truly had a blast.
Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

Loved our stay. The condo was conveniently located to the beach. We loved being close to the pool and walking to the beach. The kitchen was stocked full of all the essentials and more. Loved the extras that came with the condo that you do not find at others. Chelsea was the best host we could ask for. She is awesome and very responsive.

I had a great stay, about 5-10 minute walk to the beach and the place was super clean. Covered balcony was a life saver from any mosquitos or bugs. Highly recommend biking/walking when going to the town square in Seaside as it was impossible to find parking. Also loved the free beach stuff in the storage closet.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience during our first ever 30A stay.
Chelsea’s place was in the perfect spot for walking to the beach and restaurants.
She provided excellent directions, recommendations, and we had no problems at all with accessing our accommodations.
Would highly recommend staying here to our friends, and our next 30A stay.
